“Perfect for an overnight stop and could self cater, thanks ”

“We stayed two nights and enjoyed the bush setting. Pity it wasn’t cold enough to have the fire on. Lounge comfortable. Has Foxtel but no wifi. Kitchen a bit small if you like to cook. Small fenced area attached to house so easy to toilet the dog. Host helped with fixing gas for hot water. Nice bath tub. Air conditioner and extra blankets available.”

“The place was spacious well maintained. Safely fenced in and great space for our pets. Conveniently located to supermarkets and short distance to Bowral city centre.”

“I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful spot, the cottage had all I could ask for, in a lovely garden and the hosts were friendly and helpful. It is a little further out of town, I enjoyed the walk but some might prefer to travel by car. I was there for parkrun after all, which was only another 1km up the road in the Botanic gardens, so I was perfectly placed 🙂”

“While the weather was not the most favourable, Alison was an amazing host providing us with additional towels for our two little dogs to help clean them up. We had an amazing time relaxing, watching the cows and pony wonder by in the morning and wondering into Berry for a quick trip.”

“The house was perfect for a family of 10, six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Great for adults and kids with the stunning location and views through to chickens, heated pool, entertaining area, bike riding, log fire in the middle of the lake and open fires inside to stay family cosy and celebrate a fantastic 70th Birthday. Everything was there to enjoy the weekend, kitchen well catered for dinners and huge dining area inside. Even the weather gave it all, sunshine, no wind and morning wonderful……

“We loved the character of the property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay on a very rainy weekend to celebrate several birthdays across a group of families. The layout of the living spaces was really comfortable and conducive to us all gathering together at one time or splitting into smaller groups to chat or play a game. There were a few leaks which wasn't totally surprising given the weather but none of them affected our stay. The fireplace was lovely, at times we found it a little challenging to……

“We arrived to a welcoming warm softly lit cabin which was appreciated after our long drive. Beautifully decorated, there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Sitting on the deck with a hot drink we enjoyed the peace and beauty of the misty mountains and lush green pastures where kangaroos and wombats grazed. What a magical place to recharge the batteries after city living. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water with a good strong flow. We enjoyed breakfast in……

“Clean, comfortable, renovated, carpeted, spacious room with bed, lounge chairs desk, fridge, kettle, tea/ coffee, nice pictures on the walls. On the main road close to restaurants and town. I enjoyed the heater under the towel rail to heat/ dry towels.”
