We had to call the front desk and were only provided with a few clean towels. We were also told that if we had called later, no staff would have been available. This is below basic hotel standards. We would recommend Iron Gate Hotel, very clean facilities, excellent restaurant and bar, the staff are very attentive and the food is excellent, only thing is that the breakfast wasn’t very hot but that is the only thing. We have had a wonderful time."
