"The woman that owns this place is an alcoholic and only spoke Polish. She refused to let me stay until two other young women arrived and translated for me. She told me through them that she wanted 750 zlotys for one night. I ended up giving her 10 euros. I left the following morning and found accommodation in central Krakow at the Bubble Hostel on Barstowa Street near the Barbican Gate. "We had a nice stay and it was as you’d expect with a hostel. However the toilet/ smelled really bad and the shower leaked water everywhere. We also phoned the emergency number three times when we were stuck, with no response. This was a little frustrating. But other than that, it does the job. Thank you. "

"Great place to stay. Didn’t feel too old for a hostel, private room with en suite was super comfortable and clean. Kitchens to use were well equipped with free tea, coffee, milk and cereal. Great easy instructions on how to get room keys on arrival etc and fantastic location to base yourself in krakow. Highly recommend as great value for money."
