"We had a wonderful time at La Brionnière. The location is beautiful, lovely countryside away from it all. The gite is very well equipped and has everything you need, it was very homely.The highlight was the amazing pool which was big, very clean with plenty of sun loungers and seating and amazing views across the rolling fields beyond. Us incl. kids (4 and 6) loved it!Chris and Julie were so lovely, they made us feel at home and never tired of chatting to our very inquisitive 6 year old ;-)Puy du Fou is only half an hour drive away, we had an amazing time there as well. The various tree top climbing activities around the area were super fun too.We were very sad to leave at the end of our two week stay - the kids are already asking when we can go back.Merci beaucoup Chris & Julie et a bientôt!"

We rented the 'cabane perchee' and it was a great experience, a comfortable place in a big tree. It was very relaxing to stay a few nights there, breakfast was good too. "Les îles de Clovis font partie de la cité nocturne, c’est le 2ème hôtel le plus proche de l’entrée du puy du fou après la villa gallo-romaine. Les chambres familiales sont confortables et reflètent le thème “gaulois”. Elles sont construites sur pilotis sur des marais qui sont peuplés de carpes qui mangent les larves de moustiques donc pas de problème de ce côté là. Par contre pas de climatisation, donc en période de canicules et fortes chaleurs, le conseil est d’ouvrir les fenêtres opposées pour créer un courant d’air. Le personnel est très attentif. Le restaurant est en buffet avec un choix varié dont des produits locaux de bonne qualité."
