“Breakfast (although an omelette or scrambled eggs without cheese would have been nice). Staff - super nice, flexible, attentive, and transparent. Clean facilities - room, lobby, fitness centre, etc. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel might be better placed on the back wall of the shower though, as a big person I didn’t care to take my shower sideways 😄.”

“What a great place to stay! There wasn't anyone at the front desk when I got there BUT they had sent 2 emails before check-in time, giving me all the information I needed. The house itself is super cool with SO much history that I could have stayed FOR DAYS, discovering new things! The staff were all amazing! Gisele took time out of her day to take me on a tour of the place and it was so lovely to see someone who cares so much about where she works. Bonnie was a pure delight and her head……

“I arrived in an ice storm, and I was desperate. I had made my reservation online, but when I arrived there was only a room available on the second floor. They refused to let me go up because I was a Senior and it was so icy and dangerous. Instead, they took the time to clean and prepare another room on the main floor and made me feel safe and protected. I was so grateful! ”
