“The host had our room prepared for us and had a letter for us to help us with late check in. The food looked amazing even though we didn't get to eat it because we went to a football game. They had 24hr snacks. They had a beautiful pool. The location was amazing because it was on a farm.”

“It's a very well maintained property, very clean and neat. Amenities (breakfast, snacks, soda, water, beer, wine) are great and staff extremely nice (and available). Room (Ivey) was just what we needed, retro decoration, nice bed, large bathroom. Location is great (S. Milledge). Close to University (walkable), can walk to several restaurants and close to sororities/fraternities, but not within hearing distance. Would highly recommend for an upper scale visit to Athens or UGA”

“The bathroom entrance is from the corridor and have no shower. We stayed for 2 nights, no cleaning or fixing the room after the first night no clean towels on day 2 . The only time you can have hot drinks is in breakfast. You can not make your own any time during the stay no option for any other drink but water in the room. The Colonel is a nice person but we are not coming back there .”
