“James has a beautiful home. It was large enough for a group of us. It has ample space to sleep everyone and to hang out back on the patio or by the pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because of the weather but it was nice and clean. If you’re in the area definitely check it out”

“Upon walking in we loved it. Huge kitchen with lots of counter top space and cabinets to store food and large refrigerator. Nice dining set and bar that sits 8. Great living area with TV. There is a great game room (converted garage) that is set up with a large couch, table/chairs, and tv. There is room to bring in an extra table if needed. Perfect football room or place for the kids. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy. And there is a pool house with small couch and bed in the loft. No bathroom……

“The mermaid inn is a quaint little cottage and decorated cute as a bugs ear. We really didn’t spend much time in the cottage as we were in the area for a friend’s birthday but it was just perfect for our needs. Only one issue with shower and the host would have looked at it if notified sooner but like I said we really weren’t there that much.”

“I loved the house, location and amenities. It is far away enough from the Houston traffic, but close enough to go to downtown Houston. I just have a couple of complaints. The pool guy came and we had to get out and could not go in for hours due to the treatment. There was not a TV in the bunkbed room which was a problem for my son because he wanted something to watch while he laid down. Aside from that, the owner Adolfo, was professional, attentive and amazing. He responded quickly every time……
