“I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. Bridge Street, a short walk from the house, is open to pedestrians only on weekend evenings and had lots of nice shops, restaurants, and live music. There are plenty of cafes all around the……

“Loved our stay here, everything was great. Wonderful ammenities from the kitchen supplies to the games in the basement and great environment. Be sure to be clear who is coming as home has had issues with parties. We weren't partying so no problem for us. Would 100% stay here again”

“Fantastic house. Absolutely recommend if staying in the West Chester area”

“The location was awesome, neighborhood was safe and quiet, and everything from the college campus to Philly airport and sites were only a 10-20 minute drive. The house has so much character with original stained glass and built ins. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs provided ample space for everyone to be cozy and shower in a timely manner. The only two downsides were: 1. The driveway, which has tons of space for parking once you get up to the house, but the hedges are over grown on one side……

“We had a wonderful stay at the K9 cottage! The house was very homey, well-stocked, and the pups had a BLAST - the yard was perfect for them to wander without getting too far astray. The bed was outrageously comfortable. Bryan was a fabulous host and was very helpful, accommodating, and kind. Would definitely recommend! ”

“We stayed at the Dowingtown Manor for the week with family for a work opportunity. Everything was great. The location was perfect. We especially loved the fireworks for the 4th of July.Owners were great on communication, and we couldn’t have asked for a better visit. ”

“Location central without being downtown. Comfy and had good AC w/ window units. Nice fridge and stove. Room to spread out. Beds were pretty okay too!”
