Cuando por fin pudieron darnos la habitación estaba sucia. Olía a orines y aquí anexo fotos. Es más de hecho no me importó que no hubiera yo pagado La tarifa en donde te pueden devolver el dinero, pero mi marido y yo decidimos irnos porque era imposible dormir en esa habitación, me comuniqué con el lugar para ver si había posibilidad de qué……

The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent.”

“Really nice scenic view to Volterra, typical oil trees and fields around. Calm and relaxed evironment, ideal for longwalks and relaxation. Pool is also enjoyable even in October. Room was nice and clean, wifi working well. Restaurant was excellent, the wild boar dishes can recommend! Staff friendly and helpful. Washing clothes was also possible so if you are mid trip or longer staying that is also an advantage. Enjoyed our stay there!”
