My room here was great. Clean well-functioning bathroom large closet comfortable bed and city view. You should know you will be next to the Tenderloin in which you would see raw examples of our failures as a society. My experience is it’s not dangerous just dirty and sad. You can avoid 95% of that if you walk the right streets and use ride shares. Personally I don’t mind it but when I travel with my wife I spring for the expensive hotel. That and the non-refundable nature of this hotel are the only downsides. Overall I liked the hotel and am likely to return.
