"The room was comfortable. No noise, the room has shades that make it very dark, the sheets and pillows are nice (they provide two firmnesses of pillows). We ate at the ROH for dinner. They have some free options for kids and the service was great."

"The hotel itself is a bit old, but good condition I’d say so. some reviews say it’s in the “hood” or not good area, yes there are some homeless but none of them bothered me or asked for anything. I recommend the pronto pizza, there is also a taco bell/KFC near by and a snack shop incase you get hungry. The room I stayed in was clean, there was really only a stain on the curtain but it didn’t bother me, it is loud at nice but that’s city life in san francisco, the king bed was comfortable and the shower was nice expect the water pressure was kind of rough haha and the staff is okay, we asked for more toilet paper in the morning but we didn’t get any, we had to ask the front desk when we came back at night so i think that’s one thing they need to work on is the staff and room service. overall, nice stay for 3 nights "

"Horrible cleanliness, one of the bed frames was broken and we had to go buy an air mattress instead. One of the elevators is just a door and not safe at all, sadly to say, the actual elevator is the one that was broken and we ended up being stuck in for 20 minutes before fire department had to get us out, The manager said it was our fault and it was “deliberate”. Personally I’m not trying to harm myself on an elevator and no one else was. Horrible stay, rude manager, but kind staff. Would never recommend. "

"Staff is excellent! Room cleaniless need more attention. There were a lot of grout meldew in shower. Carpet is degusting dirty. Parking is expensive. Guest at Hilton should get a 50% discounted rate."
