“The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff very friendly. However, before 8am there was a lot of very loud talking downstairs that unfortunately woke us up. After coming home late from a concert, it would’ve been nice to sleep in a bit. Also, breakfast is not included but there is a coffee bar that sells pastries. None of it being included. A nice breakfast outside on the porch in the cool room would’ve made the stay spectacular.”

“Arrived to an issue where Expedia’s credit card was declined and they wouldn’t check us into the room. Hotel was not able to work it out, either Expedia. I had to text and call Expedia for over an hour to resolve the issue, before we could check in. Expedia’s offshore customer service was not helpful and very poor at communicating. Nothing wrong with the hotel, this was an issue with Expedia.”
