They helped arrange a couple of tours for us during our stay which were excellent. One of the tours was a trek at a tea farm a couple hours outside of Sapa and it was so beautiful. The property exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Sapa. The meals served here were also incredible and healthy. You can tell they truly care about...

"This hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views (when the weather allows). The rooms are extremely luxurious. We stayed in an Executive Suite, and it was one of the best rooms we’ve ever experienced. The breakfast was also incredible.
The hotel is a bit far from the main town, but getting around is easy. Grab drivers can pick you up right from the hotel, and the hotel also offers shuttles.
Our only feedback is around housekeeping. The room wasn’t cleaned to the standard we expected, and even the bed wasn’t properly made after we left for the day. For a hotel of this level, we expected better room service.
Aside from that, everything else was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it."
