“The exit door was hard to unlock to get out. Trash in the parking lot not picked up. The breakfast was bare minimum,bagels were froze,the toaster was old & took forever,coffee was horrible I'm assuming unfiltered water.The room was clean,newer carpet & the AC worked good.”

“The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The room was worn and tired. While it was “clean,” it was overly perfumed—I think to cover up more unpleasant smells. The bathroom smelled of urine. The air conditioner did not cool the room. The breakfast was lacking compared to other hotels in the chain. I’ve never had a breakfast at a hotel where they dictated things like only taking one yogurt. When I reserved the room, the price indicated the hotel would be a typical chain……
