"Access to this property was NOT easy as stated in the advertisement. Instructions were NOT clear. There was a cumbersome obstacle course to even get to the unit. Communication with the host was terrible. I did not receive check in instructions before calling the host as VRBO encouraged. I was told by VRBO this was a third party host. We could NOT park our F-150 truck in the assigned “free parking” because the spot was too small in the parking garage. The host begged us to at least get the...
