“Easy to find, clean ”

“This condo was everything we needed. Location was great for what we wanted. We were able to walk to downtown and when we chose to drive, it seemed like we were 15 minutes from everything. The condo was located in a gated area with on-site parking steps from the door so we felt very safe. It was super clean, the bed was comfortable and check in/out was a breeze. Communication with our host was exceptional as well. One thing that wasn't listed which we were pleasantly surprised by was the condo...

“This place was perfect for our girls trip. Everything was exactly as listed. The host Tee always responded right away! Easy check in and out! Location was centrally located. The condo had a great balcony overlooking the pool! I would definitely stay there again when I go back to Nashville ! Thank you Tee!”

“The condo was perfect for a stay in Nashville. Easy walk down the street to Broadway or Bridgestone Area in our case. We had plenty of room for 5 of us.The only thing I would like to share is the one bathroom must be accessed through the master bedroom. So if you don’t care about anyone passing through the bedroom to get to the bathroom your fine, We had our daughters so it was no big deal but if it’s 2 couples it could be an issue. Traffic from street was a bit noisy but we’re not light...

“The location is great, close to all the action, and the unit is nicely appointed and clean. Charming and safe riverfront location with a few good places for dining located by the nearby stadium. The host is great with communications, too. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Amazing location, The Gulch is a fun area, convenient to all attractions. Amanda is an amazing, responsive host. Check in instructions detailed. Our smoke detectors were chirping upon arriving. Maintenance was contacted and issue resolved immediately. If you are sensitive to noise at night, it is noisy on the street until early morning. The bathrooms need a deep cleaning, there is mold is shower. Also a fabric shower curtain that can be washed instead of plastic would be great. ”

“The host was very welcoming and replied to questions quickly. The townhome was very clean, nicely furnished and complete amenities. Just fyi for guests. It’s next to a train track. We enjoyed the train passing from the balcony and didn’t mind the sound as it passed by. Perfect parking spot for one car and definitely walkable to downtown. I would definitely stay again. ”
