“Beautiful old chalet with amazing views. The staff was friendly and helpful”

“This property is brand new and the shower all filled the bathroom with 1/2” of water the staff was unable to assist. They made piles of towels to block the water from the poorly built bathrooms they are all like this. No concessions could be made by the hotel”
