“The hotel is right on the promenade and the beach. We stayed 2 nights. The room is comfortable and clean,no noise and it's very calm. The staff were kind and helpful. The only problem ,there is no lobby,all the space is turned into a restaurant. The breakfast is ok. Parking is on the street if you can find one. We enjoyed our time there.”

“Overall, the property is beautiful and the staff was very nice! I wish there were more amenities because it became quite boring after multiple days on the resort. We purchased the Cool Running package which I didn’t feel was necessary. Our room came with swim up pool. However, the pool was extremely dirty and had to call multiple times for it to be clean. It was also extremely cold temperature. Also, the plumbing was awful so our room smell like sewer the entire stay. I reported this to staff……

“Wir hatten die Deluxe Infinity Suite mit Privatpool und waren rundum begeistert. Die Suite war modern, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der private Pool war definitiv das Highlight – perfekt, um in Ruhe zu entspannen und den Urlaub zu genießen. Das gesamte Hotel ist wunderschön gepflegt und hat eine angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre. “Had an excellent stay at the hotel. Very clean and modern. Food is excellent with a great range of choice every day and the drinks selection is great, including a good selection of wines within the all inclusive package. We spent our time at the top pool which we found very relaxed and the lunch menu was brilliant (excellent gyros) but there are 4 pools which all offer something slightly different and we were very relieved to see that sunbed hogging wasn’t an issue at this hotel with sunbeds……

“Hotel was lovely, staff were really friendly and very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Check in was seamless with a welcome drink and hot towels upon arrival. Rooms were spotless and a nice size many with a sea view. The sun beds were very comfortable and plenty for everyone even though some people still felt the need to reserve first thing in the morning. A big shout out to Aphrodite in the restaurant in the evenings she was so friendly and went out of her way to assist with menu and……

“I would not agree with the hotel having 5 stars, I think it is a proper 4 star hotel. They lie about having a gym and a sauna: the gym is a 3x3 meters room that has 2 machines and that is it, useless to be honest, while the sauna is only accessible if you take a massage, which costs 80-500 eur depending on the massage. If you want to make use of a gym and a sauna during your vacation, this hotel does not have that option. In addition, our first night we did not have blinds in our room, so we……

“Hotel was a great stay for our first landing ground in Crete from the states - we wanted something to relax / adjust to time change and give our 4 year old some fun - It was a great stay, great food at the restaurants. Breakfast wasn’t my fave but It was fine.”
