“The place just didn’t seem clean. It wreaked or Fabuloso. We were told to not block the driveway, but someone else blocked it, so we had to walk don the block just to get on the sidewalk. I slept in my clothes afraid to look at the sheets underneath the covers afraid to see what I would see. Worse than a Motel 6. ”

“When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children……

“Not private enough for 2 adults during our stay. Owners Kids running around playing on the property and leaving toys electrical cords in our walking space. We we given 1 towel each, 1 face cloth each, and no hand towels for a 3 night stay. Had to message the owner. Cheap uncomfortable sheets! They are not respectable enough for people staying at their property. Great area not so good stay.”

“Had to go to the Cape for work, so decided to make an off-season weekend out of it. Traveled with 3 adults, two teens and our small dog. The Sailboat Suite was very spacious and lots of great character. Positive reviews all around from our group. We enjoyed checking out the local places - Park view diner, Marc Anthony’s, Glen cove restaurant, Nana's ice cream, Ryan’s amusements, basketball courts, the beach, and took a drive to the Sandwich boardwalk.
