“Clean rooms, comfortable. Breakfast was exactly the same every morning- and super basic.”

“The building was being renovated. The lobby was closed. I had to step over a worker grouting a tile floor in order to check in thru a door at the side if the gift shop. the stairwells had construction materials in them. The fire door at the first floor was blocked open. This hotel had no business being open! The lady at the front desk was very understanding. She refunded our money and we went elsewhere.”

“This place is fine for a night or two. Do not expect high quality for this price. Pull out couch in room has a terrible mattress and no blankets. We got blankets from the front desk to pad the mattress more. Pool is indoors and over-chlorinated. Breakfast is basic with few whole foods. The front desk does have some games you can bring to your room to play which is nice, esp if you have kids to entertain. Conveniently located to Hershey Park.”

“The staff was helpful, when I asked for assistance they were friendly. The room was not very clean that is a negative for me. I only stay one night no complaints other than the cleanliness.”

“Everything was clean, pool was clean and my son really enjoyed it. The free breakfast was great with a lot of options. The location was perfect for Hershey Park. The only negative was our room was right by elevator which was very noisy and there were a lot of kids there for an event and they were very noisy until late at night which was rude and disruptive. Did not get much sleep, but that’s not really the hotels fault - that’s on the adults who were chaperoning the kids.”

“We had a very nice overnight stay. The staff were friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable, lots of nice pillows too.The only issue, the shower head head had a crack in it and some of the decore needed to be fixed up especially around the tv. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to a friend. It is convenient to many Hershey attractions. ”
