“The room and property was vey clean, BUT in the room though it was clean, the bed was horrible, it was like laying on a rock , my wife and I could not get comfortable, she was miserable. As anyone knows, the MAIN reason for booking a place to stay is to SLEEP comfortably, we did not. We had a 2 night reservation but left before staying the 2nd night. Beautiful hotel and room, terrible bed.”

“It is falsly stated heated pool as an amenity, there is no pool, this property is very over priced for what is offering, if you dont mind spending money it might be allright but there are way better properties at much better prices, there is no pool/heated either. The room heater has no control so it gets hot pretty quickly and become inconvenient.”

“Nice place. Great communication. Will return again.”

“Was a wonderful and relaxing escape!”

“Clean room, nice place!”

I did not say anything to the front desk. It would have been pointless. I am in the process of trying to get a refund.”

“Charming place. Kitchen (very small) is well appointed with necessary dishware and utensils. The amenities are great. The staff at the office were friendly and helpful. The attached Aces restaurant was outstanding, be prepared to take left overs to your condo. The rest could use a bit of a glow up. A few stubbed toes on the uneven flooring between the hall/bedroom and the living room and bathroom. The bedroom door to the hall did not close, the door may need shaved or adjusted. The……

“The actual condo is very nice. I think the rest of the property needs little more maintenance.”
