3rd Floor: 2 king bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. Laundry facilities are also on this floor.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place thermostats on 74 degrees if on Cool and 68 degrees if on Heat. Please bring in any towels from the courtyard and place near the stairs.
Please place all bagged garbage in the trash bin in the garage and place the bin on the curb out front.
Please remember to return the garage clicker to the kitchen or place it in the mailbox to avoid a $200 replacement charge!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
