"I booked the room that said it was handicapped accessible for two nights. When we got ready to go there it was definitely not. My sister was tired so we put here to bed. The bed was high and we had to lift her. I went down to the front desk to shorten my stay and get a refund for the second night. They did offer to move rooms but I declined as it was a struggle to get my sister into the bed and she was sleeping. Anyway, they said Expedia was who I needed to contact. Expedia then contacted the hotel and they denied my request. I do not normally leave reviews. But it you have a handicap travel or I would be a little concern."

"Rooms are entered by outside door. There’s a lot of wear and tear and what has been replaced is cheap. We stayed in Trafalgar and there was an awful smell just outside coming from downstairs. The restaurant is nice. We only had breakfast which was included and it was very good. Nice waitresses. "
