“DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The phone number listed is out of service and there is NO WAY to contact anyone at this property, as it is managed by a third party. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. In the meantime, we had to drive 40 minutes out of Inverness to even find a hotel for the first night and……

“Cute little shepherds hut, very thoughtfully laid out so I had plenty of facilities, plus room under the bed to store own things so wasn’t tripping over my bags and the dog bed all the time. Lovely Mountain View through the patio doors and window next to the bed. Beautiful garden for the dog to sniff around after a tiring day climbing hills to the Fyrish Monument and running through the Dornoch Bay sand dunes. The angle of the hut makes it feel like you’re completely alone, but with the……
