“We stayed at the Heritage Grand Perast from 10th - 17th May for a week’s holiday and had an excellent time. The hotel is magnificent and well deserving of its five star rating. It is positioned in the centre of Perast and several restaurants are within walking distance (we would recommended Armonia which we visited several nights during our stay). The real special quality about the hotel is the staff: From Iljia who collected us at the pick up point then Ksenija who gave us an early check and……

“The hotel has outstanding architecture, beautiful interior design details, and was very clean. The staff were also wonderful! They picked us up from the parking area with a cool electric cart (as Perast is a no-car town), and they were so kind, welcoming, and helpful the whole time! In the evening, my partner realized she needed something from the store and there were only four minutes until it closed; she ran outside. “The villa is beautifully renovated. The room was clean & comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately the wifi frustratingly continually dropped out & the tv had no reception. The owner said it was because of a storm but I'm not convinced about that.The parking was easy, however, if you are a nervous driver, be warned, the road from Kotor is a single lane with 2 way traffic. It is a beautiful location.”

“Negative experience. The room was dirty, facilities broken, e.g.: WC and sink were leaking water. When telling this to the host, he mentioned that rooms are cleaned every day, if that is true (which we do not believe), the standard of cleaning is equal to non-existent. Also he said that someone will be sent to solve the bathroom leakages, but it did not happen. ”
