“What a wonderful experience we had at the Acre Ridge Cabin! It was a last minute spring break trip and it worked out perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed - 2 ovens!! The utensils were great shape (which is not always the case). We loved the layout of the cabin, and the absolute favorite part was the atrium. I got up at 1:00am to lie out there and listen to the rain and thunder, and watch the lightening. Definitely suggest Acre Ridge Cabin!”

“The host was amazing, extremely friendly and welcoming and provided extra treats for the New Year's celebration. She was also extremely flexible with the timing. The facilities were clean and homey and very comfortable. The pond was a lovely View.”

“The cabin was not the original type of cabin requested and we were given an incorrect access code, but I was able to call the number and obtain a correct number. The cabin interior had grease on the backsplash, the shower was not clean with soap and water spots. The bed had divots where previous guest had been but appeared clean.”

“Our family of 5 stayed at the Dragonfly for 4 nights. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home and proximity to adorable downtown Franklin (1/2 mile walk) where we frequented Millie’s for ice cream 3 nights in a row! The area was a place we felt safe in. The listing and pictures were accurate representations of the home. We didn’t really use the kitchen much, but it looked fully stocked with essential needs. Communication with the property owners was great. We didn’t really have any problems,……

“We loved our stay and how quiet it was. Bed wasn’t that comfortable (hard mattress) and we found some trash and a shirt that looked like someone used for private time under a mattress (we disposed of it). But overall it was very homey feeling and we most likely will go again but use an air mattress. We did like they had out houses and there where lights so if you had to go to the bathroom at night you could see where your going and around you. To shower at the bathhouse you have to pay for it. ……

“We had an awesome time visiting. We stayed in cabin 12 for the weekend , our cabin had heatin,ac a mini fridge, microwave and plenty of outlets. There was a first responders event going on so we got live music all day and food trucks! Your 10 minutes from Nashville and 15 to Brown county state park!”
