“I am formally requesting a full refund for my stay because the room I received was unacceptable and did not match the standard of accommodations I paid for. From the moment I arrived, the room was unclean. The towels were brown and appeared dirty, the bed sheets were stained, and the blanket had multiple holes. The floor had clearly not been swept or mopped, as my white socks turned dark brown after walking around the room for only a short time. The toilet seat was also stained and appeared……

“Breakfast shouldn’t be considered free breakfast, it was a small packaged muffin not something like eggs, potato’s, and toast or something. The shower had hair in it and on the walls and soap from the previous person staying in this room. The bathroom had mold all over the corners and caulking of the shower. Behind the sink is rotting/ molding. Beds were comfortable and staff was helpful. Tv was nice but barely any channels worked. Upon leaving I noticed a dead cockroach in the corner of……
