“The staff was phenomenal and super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My issue wasn’t with them at all. They were wonderful and tried their best to accommodate me. It was that the room I had a problem with. The only window opened to the lobby, so there was no natural light coming in. In addition to that the sound of the elevator could be heard clearly through the wall all night long. The facilities were beautiful and I truly enjoyed the pool as well as the grounds, but this room, 328, should……

“Room smelled like cigarette smoke from long ago. Hotel gym was “under renovation” and not available. Breakfast was fair - no hot water for tea except behind front desk and eggs seemed old. Front desk staff weren’t terribly friendly during my check-in and seemed annoyed when asked questions, however the woman who handled the breakfast buffet was very helpful and friendly. The price was on par with similar local hotels but amenities were not comparable. Won’t be staying here again.”
