“The location is quiet and beautiful. Lovely, clean property with staff keeping things nice all day. This is a very safe spot with on site security and helpful staff. The food at buckets bar and grill was delicious. Parking was easy. The beach was gorgeous and our teens lived all the different pools. The room was well appointed and extremely comfortable. Everything you need to cook meals in the kitchen. Tons of towels!”

“Poor WiFi, room phone didn’t work half the time. LR tv took 10 minutes until picture appeared. Poor guide service. Hot tub dirty, pool cloudy. Upon arrival one elevator didn’t work.”

“Sheets were dirty,seen couple of roaches,didn’t have sufficient cookware. Bed was terrible because of big dip in middle of mattress. Couldn’t use oven because wasn’t any pans or pots to cook with only two small pots and two small frying pan, one big frying pan, plus oven door wouldn’t stay closed. So was no need to cook in the oven. WiFi was terrible. Wall sockets in big bedroom didn’t work where the lamps were. Only top half of the socket work. I wouldn’t stay here again. Not knowing what pool……

“The room was okay but a lot smaller than I thought it’d be. I was on the second floor beach side and apparently housekeeping keeps all of there cleaning supplies and dirty carts all day directly in front of all of our doors. Seemed a bit odd and was definitely a sore sight to see when returning to our door. The beds were okay, one soft and one firm. Missing floor board in bathroom. Shower head was great. Checkout was easy. Beach access was as convenient as it gets For the price it’s not bad but……

“Most of the stay was fine, but there were a few hiccups. I checked in before 4 and was told that I would get a text message once my room was ready. I asked the receptionist if I would get a message despite booking through a third-party app. She said yes. 4 came around. No text. 4:10 came. No text. 4:20 came. No text. So finally I went up to the receptionist and asked if my room was ready. She gave me my room number without acknowledging that I got my room late. I never got the text message……

“I like being close to the beach and the ocean view from my room. The room that we were assigned was not thoroughly clean as it should have been. The window blinds was very dusty, curtains to the bedroom window was hung on the curtain rod with plastic zip ties.The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The closet door was dusty and appears to have black mildew particles on it. We did not use the old rusty looking cookware. We requested a room clean the day we got there and another ocean view……
