“We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. ”

“Our stay was wonderful despite the weather. Fabulous spot for the beach and dog walking. Cannot recall a friendlier staff not just to us but to our canine companion who was very nervous of other dogs but was given unstinting patience and attention. Parking excellent.
