“Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator.”

“Absolutely terrible experience. We selected this hotel because we needed 24 hr check-in due to a very late arrival. When checking in, the gentlemen we had obviously woken up at 2:30 am dropped the key in the slot and walked away without even telling us where our room was. The non-smoking room smelled like an old ashtray immediately upon opening the door. The room was small, bathroom was dirty and this location had obviously not been re-done in a very long time.. It was quite evident the owners……

“I stayed here while attending BottleRock in Napa. One thing to be aware of is that while the hotel is advertised as being about 13 miles from Napa, the drive ended up taking around 40 minutes because of the roads you have to take. If you’re planning to spend most of your time in Napa, that’s something worth considering. That said, I was very happy with my stay overall.
