“Staying at any of the Oak shade suites & house is always a good experience. Cleanliness of bathroom could’ve used some improvement. Not sure what was on the surface of the tub. Extra blanket had large burn hole. Replacing it would be good. I would definitely stay again. Very comfortable bed. Excellent location. Thank you so much. ”

“Highly recommended, especially if you have dogs! Fully fenced, secure yard with plenty of room to run and throw a ball. The fence also opens wide enough to pull your vehicle into the backyard. Quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of great food options nearby. Home is clean and well-kept. Host communicated everything upfront and was quick to respond with questions. ”

“We loved staying in the Magnolia Suite. It was nice and cozy. We especially loved the back porch where we sat in the mornings and drank coffee and enjoyed watching the squirrels and raccoon. All the amenities were provided and the hospitality was great. The only thing that we didn’t care for was the soft mattress. We prefer a firmer mattress. All in all I would highly recommend The Mockingbird Inn to all my friends. ”

“This is an adorable cottage with everything you need! We planned this trip to see Grease at the Beau Rivage and the location of this cottage was perfect. We had breakfast just down the road at the Blue Dog Bistro which was amazing! We had never been to Ocean Springs before but we will definitely be back and definitely stay at this cottage again! ”
