“This was a wonderful stay. The best part for me was the convenience in handicap parking. Plenty of handicap spots and close to the door. Place was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a short drive to Universal so staying here was more affordable and easy to get to the parks. The breakfast was nice lots of choices to start your day”

“For 1 1/2 days, we had no hot water. The bathtub was a disgrace: there was some sort of hardened scratchy sandy layer on the floor of the bathtub, which was probably to prevent slipping. Because I was trying to take a bath, I sat down and promptly abraded my bottom. And to make matters even worse, the tub was very shallow, and there was no plug for the tub, so I could not fill it up. No bath for me at all. Weary travelers like to soak in a tub, and this was a rude welcome. Yes, there was a hot……
