“The staff accused me of stealing an iron and charged my credit card an additional $30. The continental breakfast wasn’t on time. I have no plans to return to this establishment.”

“This was a great hotel with a great staff. I’d say the only part that wasn’t the best is one elevator. It was busy and sometimes you would wait a bit. Other than that great! Its accessibility to really nice restaurants was amazing. They’re all around you right next to it is one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to very nice interior. The food was delicious but they had restaurants everywhere and you could walk. Very much an upside when you’ve been driving all day!!”

“The property was undergoing a major renovation at the time we arrived. The property did not share that fact when we made the reservation. Access to the room was somewhat difficult due to the ongoing construction. Good room, large and well furnished, just as we had requested, thought the furniture was a bit dated and worn. We had to dust all the surfaces on arrival, which is typical when drywall construction is going on. The noise, however, was well controlled. No breakfast, which is……
