Always friendly and accommodating. Pool and hot tub are now open a little later so on the long days doing fire mitigation it's nice to be able to reset by a hot tub and warm evening breezes.

We were excited to stay here. The pool area was nice and heated. What was disappointing was the cost of food on property and the fact that we got a room with the tv not working. I called down to let them know because we had promised kids pizza and a movie. They kept saying some one would be coming and 60 minutes later still no one. I called back twice and the first time the person at the front desk said they would call me back to let me know what time they would be coming and she never did so I tried calling down again to them front desk and maintence and no one picked up and I never received a call back. I think that could have been an easily fixed issue. We gave up and just went to bed since my kids were getting tired.
