"The room was clean but almost everything else was poor. The “breakfast” was bagels, a prepackaged muffin or cereal. The AC was broken and the hair dryer was falling off the wall. The soap and shampoo was not sufficient for 2 people (and I was in their “master suite”. Parking was great but the door to the parking did not unlock with the key. The key cards had to be reconfigured three times in a one day stay. No elevator and steep Small stairs. The owner was very nice but should be putting more investment in the property. Expedia let me down AGAIN. "

"I am one to NEVER leave reviews for my hotel stays. But, this one far exceeded any expectations I had for the property! From the moment we walked in the door, the front desk staff greeted us with such kindness. The check in process was quick and smooth and we found our room easily. The room was very clean and up to date from comfy beds, to button controlled window curtains. The hot tub was very relaxing and clean! The perfect temperature and a really good size! You could easily fit a good group of people in there. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had! It was fresh, hot, and had a great spread of options. "

"The layout of the room was really nice and quiet. However, there was pet hair all over the bed cover & furniture. The room reeked of stale cigarettes. The air quality in the room was extremely stuffy. I’m assuming there may be mold somewhere in the room. My boyfriend had an asthma attack and had to go to Parkridge North E.R. - due to him not being able to breathe in the room. There are also people living on the premises. As in this is their home. Tried to go to the courtyard to relax but the tenants had their room doors wide open and looking at your every move. So that was quite awkward. Overall, the room was ok but it was not worth a trip to the emergency room- triggering an asthma attack."

"Can’t say enough good. Breakfast has so many options. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Fitness center was the best I’ve ever seen. Room was spacious and bed luxurious. "

"There was a 100 hold on one our card for any damage caused by our stay. There was little bit rough spot in room. It caused little bit anxiety that the place will changes us for damage that was there before us. So we felt anxious about our little kids messing so those predamage spot. Then around 5:30 to 6:30 the next room over keep slamming their door open. There was some dead bug in the bathroom. "
