“Everything in the apartment was as described. It was very clean. The check in and communication was easy. The parking area was we'll marked and pleasant. The pool and outside area was very neat and clean. The location near downtown and the airport was ideal for us. The beds were comfortable. It was a very good place for our family.”

“This is a great place to stay if you want to avoid the busy big hotel area. The host was very polite and understanding. The room was very clean and neat. The pool is very nice and private. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall excellent experience.”

“Two of my friends and I stayed here, and it was very spacious and had everything we needed. The location is in a convenient spot and the air conditioning is good, which is definitely a must in Aruba. Jay was our host and he was extremely helpful since it was also our first time in Aruba”

“The room was good. It’s not that close to the big hotels. On the high ground, but it’s close enough you can walk or take a short cab ride to the high ground hotels. The security guard was awesome. I believe he’s from Columbia. I can’t remember his name, but he’s awesome.”

“*Make sure you have a SIM card for WiFi and GPS. And use the business address (STR Agriculture) next door to the complex to direct you to the apartment. The GPS can take you off path if you use the address given. Do not look for the L on 18L; only 18 will be posted on the front of the building.
We were very satisfied with the one bedroom we rented. The small complex is fairly new so everything was fresh on the inside and very clean. The A/C and hot water worked well. No complaints of anything……
