“Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Blumeray in der Champagne und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen herzlich, aufmerksam und sorgen dafür, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Obwohl Französisch ihre Muttersprache ist und wir selbst nur sehr wenig Französisch sprechen, konnten wir uns problemlos auf Französisch, Englisch und sogar ein wenig Deutsch mit ihnen unterhalten. Die Gespräche waren immer angenehm und……

“The room was ok, but missed airconditioning. The staff is not very helpful and they only speak French, they even do not try to speak English or try to help you. When you run a hotel and only speak French that is not the way to do. Food is good, taste and quality.”

“Owner really make you feel welcome. Restaurant was very good. Spacious room but property like many other small hotels in Europe is clean, welcoming but a bit outdated.”

“Room spotless. Comfortable bed & lovely bathroom. But awfully small. Could only open 1 bag at a time. Check in instructions only came through 10mins before our arrival. Just not good enough for us. But all in all (& for the price) was excellent. Chaumont is a beautiful town. Buffalo Grill brilliant!!”

“Breakfast fresh but coffee was bad. Room. Ice and quiet but bathroom shower not working properly and floor tiles loose. Lovely gardens and good safe parking. I really like this hotel but the refit has been done on the cheap which is disappointing. The bed is less comfortable than before.”

“Perfect for a quick overnight stay. Bfast is advised to head for a local Boulangerie or LIDL just a few metres away. Place was very clean. It suits low budget accommodation.”
