Family reunion

Exceptional cleanliness and comfort, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained space. The house is the same way you see as in the picture. The check in process was very smooth. Great locations convenient to attractions and transportation. Outstanding host hospitality. I would stay again soon.

The host was very nice

They house is stunning and the host is very nice. The host responded right away when we contacted them. Only thing I wish the check out was at 11am because my family stayed in other places and all there check out time was 11am but overall I give this house a 5 star rating

Great Customer Service

The property is beautiful and speaks for itself. I really appreciated having to big pots and pans for cooking. I have been in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years. I give and demand that my team give great customer service. I also look to receive at least good customer service when I visit places. The owner and the property manager both gave great customer service. All of my questions were answered and when a phone call could have sufficed, the property manager came out to make sure all of the TV's in the house worked properly. On the 4th of July, the AC downstairs wasn't cooling properly. With one text message the property manager was there again. There was another huge issue with the HOA that was neither our fault nor the owner's, but the owner, again with one phone call, got it worked out for us and we were able to continue our vacation. Any of the places in the area would have met our needs as far as a place to stay. I am glad we chose this home. It makes you feel better about spending your money in a place when the service is good. We enjoyed our stay and when we go back to the area, we would stay again.Thank you to the owner and the property manager for all you did to make our stay as great as it was.

Great Customer Service

The home is beautiful and speaks for itself. The pictures don’t do this home justice. My family and I had an amazing time. I also appreciate having the large pots and pans for cooking. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years. I give and I demand that my team give great customer service to all of our guests. Therefore, I always look for at least good customer service when I visit places. The owner and the property manager both gave exceptional customer service. When a phone call should have sufficed, the property manager made a special trip to the house to make sure that all the TVs were in good working order. On the Fourth of July, the downstairs AC was not cooling well. With one text message, the property manager was back. There was another issue with the HOA, which was neither the owners fault or ours, but the owner went above and beyond to get that issue fixed. There are a lot of places that would have met our needs as far as a place to stay but I am glad that we chose this home. It makes you feel good about spending your money when you get good service. This was money well spent. When we decide to come back to the area and his home is available, I would definitely choose this home again. Thank you to the owner and the property manager for making our stay as great as it was.

Family Christmas trip

The house was big & spacious. It had what we needed but that was the end of it. DO NOT PAY THE EXTRA TO HAVE THE POOL/ HOT TUB HEATED!! Was told that was as hot as it would go then finally on the 4th day he finally made the effort to get it warmer but it was never a Hot Tub. (Kitchen sink water was hotter than hot tub.) Game room was disappointing, showed an air hockey table but it did not work. (those were 2 things that we had based our choice for this house). Wi/fi was awful. Had TVs in every room but could only watch one at a time. Streaming would drop. Was very disappointed!

Golf Getaway

Overall we were happy with the property rental. The size and location were excellent for our group of 8 golfers. We had a couple of issues - mostly around the pool. One is the patio door leading to the pool had a damaged track, which made it extremely difficult to move the door. The second was the pool heater - we paid for the 9 days of heat but only received 2 days as a result of both miscommunication between the rental manager and host, as well as a technical issue. The owner provided us a refund for the 7 days of no pool heat. Last small issue is an Evolve host matter (nothing to do with the owner) - beware, that site charges for damage protection not damage deposit. You get none of that money back and it is equivalent to a normal damage deposit. Basically it was another $216 fee on top of the cleaning and management fees.
