“It wise fine until the end of 1st day. They shut down elevator for the entire time I was there. I am disabled and it was a huge inconvenience. I messaged the owner about getting help and never received a response. They shut the elevator just to face lift it as I was told by housekeeping and a maintenance worker. I couldn't enjoy my stay as all my energy went to getting out and in my unit. Terrible communication and terrible service or lack thereof. A nice housekeeper took my luggage down for……

Check-in was easy and the host had great communication. My only suggestion for a better guest experience would be a larger television for the bedrooms. I enjoy a nice movie at the end of a long day, and the television appeared to be only around 19 inches. Other than that, great visit!”
