“When i arrived (late at night) the staff person was obviously tired and wearing too many hats. She was friendly and the ratings don’t reflect her but rather the poor management. My room was partially ready. She told me she would need to bring me up my towels, pillow cases and bed topper. I told her i would take them since she was covering the front desk. She was appreciative. My room was directly across from the elevator and noisy ice machine. I walked in the room and it was TINY! Sleeping……

“Overall good property. It has some wear but was very clean. Had nice outdoor ammenities but was not really a focal point. Could be tidied up. Pet friendly is huge plus and those with dogs were respectful of others. Oddly, we ended up with an accessible room. The bathroom was accessible in terms of grab bars and plenty of space in the bathroom. This was not a lowered sink but could probably work for a person using wheels. The door bell, however did not work. The dining table would have to move……
