“Clean but bed hard and pillows lumpy”

“Adequate. The ac unit was not plugged in and the door to the room was propped open when I went to it. Nothing was out of place Plugged in the unit and it was hot but not intolerable over night. Heavy chemical smell ”

“The ac didn’t keep room cold it kept shutting off come on for a bit and then turned off ”

“No lights in the hot tub, hot tub was dirty. Chair in the room was stained. Breakfast signage said it was available until 11, but before 9am it was being put away and when we tried to communicate that to the staff putting it away, we were unable to communicate our questions. ”

“The room was very clean and nice but the air conditioner didnt work great for the hotter days on Wednesday and Thursdays. Our room was pretty warm but we managed. Dont like to complain. ”

“The property location was nice – away from the hustle and bustle, but conveniently located a short drive from anywhere you might want to go. Breakfast was good. The room was clean. The air conditioner in the room kept us cool while it was running, but the room got very warm between cycles. The price of our stay was very good compared to other properties we considered. We would absolutely stay again.”

“The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though. The room overall was okay. The beds were……

“We arrived late and the code they provided was erroneous. We finally got into our room and there were few amenities. A tiny bath gel that wouldn’t have gotten both my husband and I through the two days there and no lotion! More importantly, no staff onsite after 5 pm and apparently there is an on call person who gave us the right code but we didn’t know that the person was on call for all issues. My shower in the evening was lukewarm and I didn’t report it because I didn’t think anyone would fix……
