“The room and the whole hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool could have been cleaner but it was ok. This is the first hotel I've been in that didn't even have complimentary coffee in the lobby. There's a very over-priced Cafe on site. They had the cheapest coffee pot I've ever seen in the room. We had the handicap accessible room and the shower was awful! There's no way to take a shower without soaking the entire bathroom. Also the shower head needs an……

“The room was hit a humid, poor ventilation in the bathroom. Ceiling fan wasn’t effective.”

“When you book online, they do not tell you about $100 cash deposit needed when arriving there and then the guy refused to give you a receipt for $100 if we lived in a perfect world that will make perfect sense but we don’t I fought for my receipt and never got it.. I did get my hundred dollars back and went on my way. The three days I stayed there was only to sleep cause I had things already planned but the place could use some cleaning. “The managers were rarely present. Often hiding in their car. The photos do not represent the quality of the rooms or property at all. The office is not in that lovely lobby. In fact that lobby doesnt exists. The office is in a gutted hotel room. And filthy. The floors in the room were so filthy my feet were almost black. The floor at the entrance is caving in and covered with a rug. The bedding was filled with sand. The property has a ton of less desirable people. We watched 2 ghetto fights and……

“Room was clean, old bathroom but clean, very quiet, hard pillows, no blanket, fridges and micro in room. Breakfast was yogurt, 2 different cereals, donettes, ok, apple juice. Coffee was good. Minimal at best but for what we paid did not expect alot. ”

“Everything was great. Only minor issue was I missed the part about telling them we were checking in after 8pm. Needed to get a code for the locker. Once that was fixed, the stay was great ”

“This one night stay was more out of convenience/ affordability to be near family. Did not find the Inn to be of comparable quality to other Comfort Suites in other states that we have used.”
