"Clean, comfortable room. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok. Not the best , not the worst, but edible. Didn't get to use the hot tub or pool. Maybe next time."

"Room and hotel are new and clean. Area is safe and drivable to restaurants and Walmart, as well and glen canyon dam, horseshoe bend and antelope canyon. Breakfast was just ok. "

"Staff was warm and kind. Room was clean and very functional for a short stay. Breakfast was really crowded and the basic economy hotel fare: cereal, toast, bacon, coffee. Nothing fancy but certainly works. The BBQ restaurant across the street is sensational with fun live music - kids loved it! "

"The breakfast had barley any choices they dont bring food often when we came with family almost everything was empty except waffles and eggs. Our room was dirty it looked like they never cleaned it after remodel there was paint and grout all aver the carpets, shower facet was leaking. Everything looked old and dirty i dont recommend staying there especially if you have little kids. The view was nice but the property needs some cleaning renovation and new furniture. "

"Found cockroaches and left early. Floor was absolutely disgusting. Had to wipe up some spilled water and towel came up completely brown like the floors haven’t been cleaned in weeks. We have stayed in some dingy places but never felt like we needed to ask for a refund until we stayed here. "
