“The breakfast had subpar options. Only basics. The weight room that is photographed on the website is completely misleading. There was only a small room with no AC, a treadmill, and recumbent bike. There were many stragglers in the lobby and at the pool. Meaning they appeared to not be staying at the hotel, not freeloading off the amenities and this was allowed by the staff. “The property was good for what we needed it for place to sleep and change. The front desk staff was having a hard time with the computer system finding our reservation even tho I had the printed out papers as well as the on line confirmation. 20 later they got us checked in. The room was clean but very basic. No blow dryer or coffee pot, towels were minimal for 2 people. The shower control was not grouted in and was hard to regulate water temperature. Cleaning staff was nice and efficient. Air……

“We have stayed here a couple of times now while in town for softball tournaments. Very reasonable pricing, clean rooms, breakfast included and not a far drive to the fields. It’s just what we need to get a little sleep and get back to playing the next morning. The pancake maker is a big hit with the kids!”

“If you have a loved one residing at Orange City Nursing & Rehab, this is an excellent place to stay because it is 1.3 miles away. There is free parking and a reasonable free breakfast, a room with a mini fridge and microwave, free coffee (including decaf)/tea anytime, and a small gym and pool. It is near a Target and Walmart to help with anything you have forgotten. “Great location for a couple looking to get away. Small kitchen but is great for a stay if you arent looking to do much cooking. Its about a 3-5 minute walk into town where everything is. Morning coffee on the front porch was our favorite. Hot water is lacking a bit but give it time and it works, just dont expect super hot showers and you will do just fine. Personally feel its a great stay for the price and location to town is well worth it. Thanks!”

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

“The hotel is on a beautiful piece of property and very reasonably priced. It's a older hotel but if you are just looking for a nice place to sleep it is nice. Not a lot of amenities if you're looking for a place to stay during the day. It is very close to Mt. Dora.”

“Property is so beautiful you felt very comfortable. The rooms are very close one to another. You can hear the neighbour shower water stream is very weak but we enjoyed the quiet and peaceful place. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee water et cetera we will be back”
