The rooms were comfortable, very tastefully and artistically decorated, and a very short walk to all the most central points of interest and eateries in Palermo . A lovely breakfast was included, Giada and Aurora were very helpful and friendly during our stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to return here whenever we come back to Palermo !

Wonderful accommodation in a convenient, walkable location. In close proximity to main streets with restaurants and shopping, also walking distance to the train station. Staff are helpful and accommodating. The hotel has character and the room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Good location to get to all the places to see or access public transport if looking to go further afield eg Monreale, Mondello or Cefalù. Staff care about looking after guests. Topped off with a good breakfast offering. Happy to recommend.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! The location is convenient with shopping, dining, and tourist attractions within easy walking distance. It even has an elevator! Our room was very spacious too.

Nice property and room, although a bit cramped. Very walkable to the city center although the surrounding area is a bit on the rough side (safe and quiet though). Breakfast was exactly the same each day with rather basic and limited options. I'm not sure what the solarium and spa were about, there was no information about spa services onsite (although we could have inquired about that if we had had the time). The bar/solarium I think is at the top floor and consists of a room with self-serve drinks and a place to sit outside. No one was really at the bar however, so we never spent any time there. I think this place passes for a nice room, but definitely doesn't feel like a hotel with a spa services and a bar.

Great location for exploring Palermo. Staff were helpful and attentive. Their restaurant recommendations were good, the morning breakfast had a good range of Italian pastries. All in all a lovely place to stay as a family with 2 teenagers. The tourist office is less than 5min walk and the train station about 15min. The last 200m is on cobbled streets so hard going with a wheeled suitcase.

The property itself nice and the room were very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming with tips on what to see. The area the hotel is in is a 5 min walk to the main street with restaurants and shops, in the day was fine. Would not recommend walking the other direction in the evening around hotel as it definitely had a sketchy feeling, also as evidenced by guests to make sure the exterior gate and lobby doors were locked anytime you were leaving. My main complaint was that we booked 2 nights through expedia (with hotel not full) and it only included using the common hot tub for 1 hour for 1 person for entire stay! If other family member wanted to use it for 1 hour it was 15 euros per person per time. It was a nice hot tub but nothing special or spectacular- not a "spa" by any means. Such a strange petty cash grab and never seen any hotel do this in a lot of years traveling. Expedia should make this policy more transparent in its listing.

This is a beautifully restored building with cozy, well decorated rooms. The private spa was incredible with the large jetted tub and a waterfall as well as the sauna. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful open air square. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Property at a good location close to main streets with shops and restaurants. Neighboring streets were dirty and unkept, piles of garbage nearby but the property itself was clean and unique. Only one staff had an attitude that I didn't appreciate much but overall ok.
