"Cute little condo. Definitely a rental. Needs some TLC, but great location. Perfect for a private Covid getaway. Had a plumbing issue in the kitchen. The Owner was on it quickly. "Crazy rules for using pool. No reason to close all the pools nearest to our unit. Only could reserve a 2 hour time slot and then was asked to leave for 1/2 hour while they “sanitized” the 6 chairs that were used. "Totally exceeded expectations! We cannot wait to come back. The only downside is the COVID pool procedures which limit pool time to 2 hours on Sat/Sun. "My daughter and I enjoyed our time away in Palm Desert. Very cute 1 bdrm 1 bath suite. The only thumbs down was not being able to access dry pool towels at the pool area.
