“Clean Friendly staff”

“We were not offered a welcome cookie with our name on the board even though Hilton honors guests were listed both days. There were signs regarding a "warm welcome" cookie. A couple times I had questions there was no staff at front desk. Breakfast the second morning was moved to another location and price lowered. We did not know until after we had gone out for breakfast. Dinner in the hotel restaurant on arrival evening was very good and large portions. The location was within walking distance……
