“What a lovely and quiet property with a beautiful view! The beds and pillows were quite comfortable and the living space and kitchen amenities were exactly what were needed for a weekend in Topanga! The host was easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly. There is 1 parking space available on site and other parking is available close by.”

“This was a fantastic place to stay for me and my teenage son for Spring Break. Spacious, quiet, clean and in a great location right next to Warner Bros studio on a quiet side street. Whole Foods and several great restaurants are less than 5 min drive or 12-15 min walk away. Parking included. We loved the peaceful backyard with morning sunshine and lots of chirping birds. A little oasis! ”

“Tom, the host, was responsive, helpful, and kind. The condo was roomy and well appointed. Great neighborhood, we felt very safe! Comfortable couch and beds! Well stocked kitchen! All the spice essentials… everything you need. Wonderful washer and dryer. Plenty of TP and paper towels. The balcony overlooks the pool, and pool floats and such available in the closet. Everything you need for a nice stay. Very close to shopping and restaurants, literally within walking distance if you are so……

“Absolutely Great views and deck. Unit is a spacious place, everything worked well and had all you’d need. great easy access to eagle rock hike, about 30 min each way and 5 min to town. Parking was a little challenging as it’s narrow gravel roads And it’s a middle unit of triplex so we could hear the tenants above us talking and walking above us early in the morning so we were up at 6am whether we wanted to or not. ”

“This home is absolutely spectacular, warm, and inviting. It is incredibly well kept inside and out. There are several beautiful features that enhanced our stay, including the covered gazebo with an inviting fireplace and outdoor couches, as well as the sauna and steam room. Communication with Meriam was easy, and she was accessible and kind throughout our time there. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this home in Woodland Hills. Simply beautiful.”
