“We loved everything about our stay at Madeleine de Senlis. Very friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, excellent showers, very comfy beds, the pool was such a luxury after a day walking round Paris and the reception area was a great meeting place for our three rooms. Location was perfect - easy walking to all destinations while being local to some excellent bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Added bonus - leave the hotel, walk down to the junction and look left! Unexpected treat! Would……

“The staff here are amazing! So attentive. Everything we asked for or about was answered nearly immediately on WhatsApp or at front desk. Location in Latin Quarter perfect - near so many great restaurants but doesn’t have that tourist area vibe. The room is small but that can’t be helped as the building is like 500 years old or something - but rooms clean, modern and EFFECTIVE air conditioning during gross summer heat. Definitely recommend!”

“The elevator is one of the factors for me to choose the hotel. Unfortunately on the way to elevator, there are a 5-step staircase. So I still have to carry my luggages myself. The reception did not let me know or offer any help. There was no hair dryer in my room, and it took me over 30 minutes to finally get a good one. So overall, I don’t think the price is worth it”

“The room was extremely small, and the bathroom was even smaller. I understand that smaller rooms are common in Paris, but this did not feel like a 4-star hotel experience. There wasn’t even enough space to fully open our luggage, which made the room very inconvenient. The hotel also did not provide bathrobes, slippers, or basic bathroom amenities such as cotton swabs or cotton pads. Breakfast was €25 per person, but it was only a basic continental breakfast. “I stayed in a 'Garden Access' room during this trip, which features a fully accessible path suitable for individuals with disabilities—definitely a positive aspect. However, I noticed that the booking details indicated a room size of 16-22 m². The allocation between the bedroom and bathroom seemed quite unbalanced, approximately 30% to 70%, which was a bit surprising. Additionally, it’s important to note that 'garden access' refers to ground floor rooms. Just a heads-up for anyone considering……

“Nice Hotel in Paris”

“入住了四晚整體來說都很愉快，房間舒適且位置便利，遺憾因個人安排未能嘗到飯店早餐。其中一天我們為了一個較正式晚餐提前回飯店換衣服，時間大約是下午3點太太在更衣時工作人員在未敲門下忽然開門，還好當時她在門邊所以馬上阻止了。我可以理解可能是眾多巧合下造成的意外，例如房間剛好整理到一半只差毛巾未更換, 我當時進房未插上房卡, 房務備品房間剛好在對面...等。但我相信如果每次工作人員都能在敲門並詢問後再開門，這個意外就不會發生。”

“有問題隨時都能透過聯絡解決。 房源地點方便。旁邊很多麵包店、餐廳、咖啡廳。房源內設施完備。平日會有清潔。 整體來說不錯。二樓房源沒有電梯需要自己搬行李上去。 一樓樓中樓房源浴室廁所天花板很矮，洗澡會撞到頭，動作需要比較侷限一點，不然蓮蓬頭的水會濺出浴缸。 一樓樓中樓的房源內，只有樓下一個暖氣作用，其他都被剪掉了。”
